Christophe François is currently leading the implementation of Orange mobile multimedia services accross its markets. Prior to joining Orange Christophe held senior management positions at Esmertec and Openwave / Phone.com where he fostered the adoption of industry leading mobile internet technologies. Christophe started his career with global strategic management consultant Bain & Co. He then joined SFR where he pioneered the launch of mobile services such as prepaid, text messaging and mobile internet, and also served on the Board of the WAP Forum until 1999.

Christophe holds Masters Degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, and Civil Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris.
