Andrew was appointed CEO of Shazam in March 2005. He has been responsible for determining the company’s strategic focus and leading its accelerated growth to become the world’s leading mobile music discovery application. Under his leadership the company has recruited more than 25 million unique users and launched services across 75 carriers in over 60 countries throughout the world.

Prior to joining Shazam, Andrew was European Managing Director of InfoSpace Inc. At InfoSpace Andrew led the company's significant European growth focusing on music and entertainment services for mobile operators and portal solutions for many leading online service providers. Over the past 14 years, Andrew has led the successful growth of a number of technology focused enterprises. He founded and was Managing Director of TDLI.com which was acquired by InfoSpace Inc with an enterprise value of $400m and was General Manager of Thomson Directories Business Ventures.
